Our Event Facilities
Our wine libraryThe Wine Library plays host to small business meetings, lunches and dinner functions for up to 20 guests. This stately room has a large mahogany table and is surrounded by our library wines with a view of our rose garden as a bonus.
The Meritage Room features vaulted ceiling with an al fresco appearance. It can accommodate 150 guests for a reception and up to 250 for classroom style seating. A custom handcrafted chandelier provides a focal point for Northern San Luis Obispo County’s largest winery venue. The room’s dramatic Mahogany doors open up to reflecting pools that make this an elegant setting for your events.
The Meritage RoomAt 19,000 square feet, the underground Wine Caverns will accommodate 200 people with banquet style seating. A romantic, intimate setting was created with its custom artisan wall sconces, chandeliers and distressed, hand painted walls amidst the premium oak wine barrels. The Caverns will add beauty and uniqueness to your wine country experience.
An intimate Courtyard, overlooks the reflecting pools and fountain, providing a picturesque backdrop for welcoming receptions.
The hospitality center features a dramatic ramada façade. An artisan stained walkway leads visitors past the staircase fountain, through a courtyard overlooking reflecting pools to the open air Amphitheatre - an ideal location for an outdoor event, reception or wedding. This area can accommodate 350 people for a ceremony or reception.
Our Garden Terrace is located under one of El Paso de Robles’ famed oaks, providing a beautiful setting for a ceremony or reception. Seating capacity is 150 for a reception and 200 for a ceremony. The natural beauty of the surrounding vineyards and spectacular sunsets are an added bonus.

Hospitality Director Jeanice Reyes
Hospitality Director Jeanice ReyesJeanice’s love of hospitality was apparent at a young age as she helped her grandmother and mother cook and entertain for large crowds. In the late-90’s Jeanice moved to the Central Coast, where her passion for food continued along with a new-found discovery and love for wine. As Jeanice expanded her culinary skills, experimenting with pairing food and wine, she began working for area wineries as a Pastry Chef , Sous Chef and as the Director of Hospitality at Justin Winery.
In 2002, Jeanice joined Robert Hall Winery as the Director of Hospitality. She assisted Robert with the design of the hospitality center and tasting room, and whole-heartedly researched each and every aspect of providing an outstanding experience for visitors. Her passion for food, wine and excellent customer service continue as you can usually find Jeanice out exploring farmer’s markets, and collaborating with chefs for fresh seasonal ingredients for our wine dinners.

Events Manager Regina PikeRegina Pike joined Robert Hall Winery in the Spring of 2006. Reggie delights in each aspect of the events at Robert Hall Winery from our Wine Festival celebrations to weddings to corporate meetings. She has a keen eye for detail and strives for each and every event to be a memorable occasion.
