Director of Marketing: Kim Murphy-Rodrigues
Kim Murphy RodriguesA native Californian, Kim has enjoyed watching the Paso Robles wine industry develop over the years. Upon graduating from college, Kim began her career with Chalone Wine Group’s flagship property – Chalone Vineyard in Monterey County before moving into wine sales, followed by a successful career as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Crinklaw Farms. The new millennium led her back to the beautiful Central Coast, where she joined Wild Horse Winery as Tasting Room Manager prior to welcoming the great opportunity to join Robert Hall Winery as the Director of Marketing in 2003. Chief Financial Officer: Joe DiVincenzo
Joe DiVincenzoOriginally from Rochester, NY, Joe worked in his family’s Italian grocery markets in Rochester, and later on in Santa Barbara, CA. In 1980, Joe graduated with a degree in accounting and was recruited by Robert Mondavi Winery where he was Financial Manager of the Woodbridge facility, and later, corporate Assistant Treasurer and Risk Manager. During his over two-decade employment with Robert Mondavi, Joe obtained his MBA in Financial Planning with designation as an Associate in Risk Management. In 2003 Joe accepted the position of CFO at Wild Horse Winery, and made the move to the Central Coast of California. In 2005, we welcomed Joe as our new Chief Financial Officer at Robert Hall Winery.
