We ship wine on Mondays to insure your package doesn't sit in a warehouse over the weekend. Orders placed by end of day Thursday will get shipped out the following Monday.

Featuring pear, apple and peach aromas with a suggestion of vanilla spice, our 2014 Chardonnay is a bright straw- gold color. Rich from barrel fermentation and aging, this wine shows peach, pear and butterscotch flavors. The wine is round, medium-bodied with balancing acidity and toasty oak that lengthens the finish.

This is a classic blend of three long established Chateauneuf-style varieties with a Paso Robles’ twist of Petite Sirah added to intensify the blend. The
aromas are reminiscent of blackberry and cranberry with hints of black pepper and spice. The color is deep ruby red and hints at the concentration of mouth filling flavors that are the reward at tasting.
Rich, bold and full-bodied with aromas and flavors of ripe plum, lush blackberries with a touch of smoke. The 2014 shows firm, ripe tannins with balanced acidity and a spicy finish.
Enjoy this wine with grilled beef or lamb, spicy Mexican cuisine, rich sausages and wild game.

Our 2013 Meritage presents elegant aromas of black currant, cassis and ripe plum, with intriguing earthy notes and cedar. On the palate the wine shows exceptional depth of flavor with firm tannins. This classic blend of four noble grapes produces a wine of finess and character featuring our Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec.

The 2013 Cavern Select Cabernet Sauvignon has a core of black currant, dark berries and hints of cedar, spice and cocoa aromas. This limited production wine has everything you expect in a cabernet.
