Featuring pear, apple and peach aromas with a suggestion of vanilla spice, our 2015 Chardonnay is a bright straw- gold color. Rich from barrel fermentation and aging, this wine shows peach, pear and butterscotch flavors. The wine is round, medium-bodied with balancing acidity and toasty oak that lengthens the finish.

The intense dark ruby red color of the Cabernet Sauvignon is reflective of this full-bodied, flavorful wine. The core of black currant and hints of cedar and spice along with cocoa aromas echoed by rich persistent flavors of plush ripe fruit, dark chocolate and anise are all supported by balanced rich velvety tannins.

A well-structured wine, our 2014 Syrah expresses compelling nuances of blackberry and cocoa with a touch of smoke and spice. The deep dark ruby-red color hints at the opulent fruit flavors of blackberry, plum and black cherry which lead to a rich, mouth-watering finish.
The 2015 Cavern Select Fume Blanc is fermented and aged in oak barrels with eight months of contact with lees. This wine is bright and fresh with notes of pear, apple and a kiss of oak vanillin on the finish. A blend of 60% cool region Paso Robles Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Eastside fruit from our Terrace vineyard.
This wine entertains the senses with fresh citrus and orange blossom aromas with a touch of sweet ginger spice echoed by bright, sweet tropical fruit flavors. Medium bodied with a balancing crisp acidity that brightens the finish. Pair with spicy cuisine, as an accompaniment to a dessert or as an aperitif.
Rich, bold and full-bodied with aromas and flavors of ripe plum, lush blackberries with a touch of smoke. The 2014 shows firm, ripe tannins with balanced acidity and a spicy finish.
