The intense dark ruby red color of our Cabernet Sauvignon is reflective of this full-bodied, flavorful wine. The core of black currant and hints of cedar and spice along with cocoa aromas echoed by rich persistent flavors of plush ripe fruit, dark chocolate and anise are all supported by balanced, rich velvety tannins.

The 2017 Cavern Select Dusi Zinfandel is a medium to full bodied wine with aromas and flavors of white pepper, blackberries, pine forest, and dried herbs. The wines’ rich mouthfeel and balanced acidity followed by dusty tannins on the finish.

Our Red Blend combines some of our favorite vineyards in Paso Robles, and is crafted to be big, dark, and juicy with the approachability and quality that Robert Hall drinkers expect. Aromas of berry cobbler, savory herbs and tobacco. Full-bodied with fine grained tannins on the mid-palate and a long spicy finish.

Featuring apple and lemon peel aromas with a hint of vanilla spice, our Chardonnay is a bright straw gold color. Rich from oak aging, this wine exhibits flavors of poached pear and butterscotch. The wine is round and medium bodied with a balancing acidity and toasty oak that lengthens the finish.

A vivid straw-green color, this wine greets the senses with crisp apple and citrus aromas with hints of pear. In the mouth, the wine exhibits bright fruit flavors of grapefruit, lime and lemongrass that echo the aromas. Refreshingly dry and medium-bodied with a rich crisp acidity, wrapped around a mineral core.
This fortified dessert wine is indeed Margret's gold. Toasted hazel nuts and stewed peach aromas tantalize the nose while notes of dried apricot, orange zest and butterscotch delight the tongue. A limited number of barrels of estate-grown Orange Muscat were selected beginning with the 2001 vintage. The barrels were blend to create this Madeira style wine. Enjoy with caramelized onions, blue cheese, nuts and dried fruit.
