A vivid straw-green in color, the 2016 Sauvignon Blanc greets the senses with crisp apple and citrus aromas with hints of pear. In the mouth, the wine exhibits bright fruit flavors of grapefruit, lime, apple, lemongrass and pear that echo the aromas. Refreshingly dry and medium-bodied with a rich crisp acidity, wrapped around a mineral core.
Gold Medal - 2017 Monterey Wine Competition
Featuring pear, apple and peach aromas with a suggestion of vanilla spice, our 2016 Chardonnay is a bright straw- gold color. Rich from barrel fermentation and aging, this wine shows peach, pear and butterscotch flavors. The wine is round, medium-bodied with balancing acidity and toasty oak that lengthens the finish.

A well-structured wine, our 2014 Syrah expresses compelling nuances of blackberry and cocoa with a touch of smoke and spice. The deep dark ruby-red color hints at the opulent fruit flavors of blackberry, plum and black cherry which lead to a rich, mouth-watering finish.
The 2015 Cavern Select Fume Blanc is fermented and aged in oak barrels with eight months of contact with lees. This wine is bright and fresh with notes of pear, apple and a kiss of oak vanillin on the finish. A blend of 60% cool region Paso Robles Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Eastside fruit from our Terrace vineyard.
Rich, bold and full-bodied with aromas and flavors of ripe plum, lush blackberries with a touch of smoke. The 2014 shows firm, ripe tannins with balanced acidity and a spicy finish.

"A blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot, 1% Malbec, 1% Petit Verdot and sporting a deep garnet-purple color, the 2014 Cavern Select Cabernet Sauvignon has a cedar and pencil lead-laced nose with a core of black currants, black plums and blackberry preserves plus hints of Mediterranean herbs and forest floor. Full-bodied, with a good core of vibrant black fruit and herbal nuances, it has a firm frame of grainy tannins and a good long finish with a bit of wood poking through."

This wine is bursting with aromas of fresh strawberry and hints of raspberry and tangerine. Bright red berry fruit and citrus zest flavors echo the aromas. Rich aromas of ripe black cherry accentuated by hints of cedar emanate from our 2015 Merlot. Lush, ruby-red color indicates the level of concentration yielded by the vintage and the vineyards. On the palate, rich flavors mirror the aromas and are complemented by soft, silky tannins on the finish.
This fortified dessert wine is indeed Margret's gold. Toasted hazel nuts and stewed peach aromas tantalize the nose while notes of dried apricot, orange zest and butterscotch delight the tongue. A limited number of barrels of estate-grown Orange Muscat were selected beginning with the 2001 vintage. The barrels were blend to create this Madeira style wine. Enjoy with caramelized onions, blue cheese, nuts and dried fruit.
