Our 2018 Cavern Select Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of black currant, tarragon, and pipe tobacco. Flavors of cassis, leather, and graphite complement this wine’s fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity. Serve with steak with bearnaise sauce, grilled lamb chops, decadent chocolate desserts, aged gouda and blue cheese.
The 2019 Cavern Select Dusi Zinfandel is a medium to full bodied wine with aromas and flavors of bramble, sweet tobacco, cocoa, and dried herbs. The wines’ rich mouthfeel and balanced acidity are followed by dusty tannins on the finish. Serve with cheese & charcuterie, fresh pastas with mushrooms and herbs, and roasted lamb.

Our 2019 Cavern Select Syrah has notes of blackberry, sweet tobacco, and chocolate on the nose. Flavors of boysenberry preserves, black currant, and dried herbs fill out this round, full bodied wine. The wine has beautiful dusty tannins and a soft lingering finish. Serve with grilled venison, Spanish style tapas, tomato-based pasta dishes, cheddar, asiago, and epoisses.
