The 2018 Cavern Select Dusi Zinfandel is a medium to full bodied wine with aromas and flavors of bramble, sweet tobacco, all spice, and dried herbs. The wines’ rich mouthfeel and balanced acidity followed by dusty tannins on the finish.
The 2019 Cavern Select Carignan has notes of olallieberry, plum, and lilac on the nose. Flavors of juicy bramble fruit and anise pair with dusty tannins on the medium bodied mid-palate. The wine finishes smooth with lingering dark fruit flavors.
