The 2019 Cavern Select Dusi Zinfandel is a medium to full bodied wine with aromas and flavors of bramble, sweet tobacco, cocoa, and dried herbs. The wines’ rich mouthfeel and balanced acidity followed by dusty tannins on the finish.

Our 2019 Robert Hall Chardonnay has aromas of lemon peel, pear, vanilla, and spice. Rich from barrel fermentation, the wine is medium bodied with balancing acidity and toasty oak that lengthens the finish.
The 2019 Cavern Select Tempranillo has aromas of dried blackberries, tobacco, and clove on the nose. The wine is full bodied with firm tannins and flavors of dried cherries, figs, and dried herbs with a spicy finish.
Our 2019 Cavern Select Syrah has notes of blackberry, sweet tobacco, and chocolate on the nose. Flavors of boysenberry preserves, black currant, and dried herbs fill out this round, full bodied wine. The wine has beautiful dusty tannins and a soft lingering finish.
