The 2019 Cavern Select Tempranillo has aromas of dried blackberries, tobacco, and clove on the nose. The wine is full bodied with firm tannins and flavors of dried cherries, figs, and dried herbs with a spicy finish. Serve with tapas, lamb, aged Manchego and Blue cheese.
Our 2019 Cavern Select Syrah has notes of blackberry, sweet tobacco, and chocolate on the nose. Flavors of boysenberry preserves, black currant, and dried herbs fill out this round, full bodied wine. The wine has beautiful dusty tannins and a soft lingering finish. Serve with grilled venison, Spanish style tapas, tomato-based pasta dishes, cheddar, asiago, and epoisses.
