Experience our Seasonal "Select" wines with a paired culinary experience created by our Chef using locally farmed produce. Learn about our wine making process, winery history, and Paso Robles' unique AVA while enjoying our award-winning wines and delicious pairings

Cavern Select Wine Experience

Available Daily | 10:00am-4:30pm

A Hospitality wine host will guide you through our winery history, the unique Paso Robles AVA, and our award-winning Cavern Select wines. Your leisurely one hour tasting experience will be hosted in our hospitality lounge or in one of our beautifully appointed outdoor terraces.

Appointments are recommended. Same day appointments may be accommodated. Per county health code ordinance, pets are welcome outside. 

Club members receive complimentary tastings of our "Select" wines with preferred pricing on the "Reserve" wines

Learn about the history of Robert Hall
Winery and the current state of the vintage.
Explore our Bench and Monahan estate
vineyards where we delve into Paso Robles
as a region and our exciting regenerative
farming program. Guests finish the tour
with a seated tasting in the vineyard
with paired accompaniments created by
Chef Michael.

Cavern Tour & Barrel Tasting

Begin your tour with a splash of our
exclusive Cavern Select wines. Your personal
guide will escort you around the estate
grounds discussing the history of Robert
Hall and the Paso Robles AVA. Then tour
our Cavern to learn about our winemaking
program and sample two wines straight
from the barrel. Finish your tour in the
Tasting Room with a private seated tasting
and paired accompaniments created by
Chef Michael.
