Dine with our Winemaker in the Cavern in an intimate four-course paired wine dinner. Chef Michael Learned presents a unique menu highlighting Winter Squash and Santa Carita Beef Tenderloin, each served two ways, paired with our Cavern Select Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. Club Members $150 / Non-Members $180. 

Grilled Squash & Wilted Kale Salad
Red-Oak grilled Hubbard squash, purple & green kale, apple cider vinaigrette with fromage blanc, pomegranate pips, & candied pecans. Paired with 2021 Chardonnay.
 
Butternut Squash Bisque
Creamy Butternut Squash bisque served in slow roasted baby pumpkins, finished with crème fraiche & pecan dust. Paired with 2019 Chardonnay
 
Beef Carpaccio
Santa Carita Beef Tenderloin, micro arugula salad with caper vinaigrette. Paired with 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon
