We are very excited to host a Fall Winemaker Dinner on November 12th, hosted by Amanda Gorter, Robert Hall winemaker and Michael Learned, Robert Hall Head Chef. This tantalizing evening of culinary delight and wine exploration will highlight the essence of fall flavors. Chef has prepared a five-course menu including Fall Spiced Pumpkin Soup and Santa Carota Grass and Carrot fed Filet Mignon. While Chef Mike is tempting you with delightful culinary creations, Amanda will tease your palette with everyone’s two favorite varietals, Chardonnay and Cabernet. We will be pouring 2019 and 2020 Cavern Select Chardonnay as well as 2017 and 2018 Cavern Select Meritage. The evening will finish with our Sparkling Grenache Blanc and maybe another wine splash or two to celebrate the beginning of the holiday season.
