Notes of lemon peel, apple blossom, and crushed stone. Fine bubbles accompany apricot and papaya flavors with a clean finish.

The 2022 Cavern Select Vermentino has notes of citrus blossom and white nectarine on the nose. Lychee, pear, and papaya flavors on the mid-palate with a crisp, racy finish.

The 2022 Cavern Select Rosé is bright pink in color with green mango, hibiscus, and stone on the nose. Flavors of blood orange and strawberry compliment the crisp acidity on the finish.

Aromas of green apple, citrus, and lemon grass. Refreshingly dry and light-bodied with a crisp acidity, wrapped around a mineral core. Pair with fresh seafood, salads, goat cheese.
