The 2019 Cavern Select Fumé Blanc has aromatic notes of citrus, stone fruit and mango on the nose. A round mouth feel on the mid palate pairs with flavors of honeysuckle and lemon preserves. This wine finishes crisp with a hint of minerality.
Our 2019 Sparkling Grenache Blanc has notes of lemon peel, crushed rock, and apricot. Fine bubbles accompany green mango and papaya with a clean finish. Drink by itself or pair with oysters on the half shell, charcuterie, passion fruit pavlova an cheeses like chevre and gruyere.
