Our 2021 Sparkling Grenache Blanc has notes of lemon peel, apple blossom, and crushed stone. Fine bubbles accompany apricot and papaya flavors with a clean finish. Serve with oysters on the half shell, charcuterie, passion fruit pavlova; Cheese: chevre, gruyere.
The 2021 Cavern Select Vermentino has notes of citrus blossom, sea spray and white nectarine on the nose. Grapefruit, pear, and guava flavors on the mid-palate with a crisp, racy finish. Serve with tacos, seafood (Sea Bass, crab, octopus), summer salads, Cheese (Ricotta, Goat Cheese, Feta).
Our 2021 Cavern Select Carignan has notes of black plum, pomegranate, and herbs. Flavors of raspberries and peppercorn on the mid-palate with a velvety fine grained tannin finish. Serve with sushi, BBQ, and tacos.
