2019 Sauvignon Blanc - Aromas of green apple, citrus, and lemon grass. Refreshingly dry and light-bodied with a crisp acidity, wrapped around a mineral core. Food Pairing: Salads, roasted vegetables and seafood. We especially like it with Sea Bass and Oysters.
